25 g granulated sugar (40 g for those with a sweet tooth)
2 eggs
60 g wheat flour
Pinch of salt
15 g olive oil (or hazelnut oil)
180 ml milk
Cinnamon
Icing sugar for the topping
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted oven).
Peel and then cut the apple into segments approximately 5 mm thick.
In a salad bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs. Add the flour and a pinch of salt. Mix again and then add the oil and milk in two stages. Finish with the freshly ground cinnamon.
Mix one last time until the batter is smooth and even.
Arrange the apple segments on the bottom of the Appolia oven dish and cover with the batter. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once cooked, allow to settle and cool. Once cold, sprinkle with the icing sugar and taste!
