    I'm extremely disappointed with this coffee grinder, especially considering the high price. Although it's a manual grinder, the ergonomics are simply terrible. The diameter is so awkward that I can barely hold it properly – even though I have normal-sized hands. My partner, who has significa...read morently larger hands, has the same problem. In addition, the weight distribution is very uneven: The lower part is made of lightweight plastic, while the upper part is made of heavy metal. This makes handling even more difficult and uncomfortable. Overall, using it is anything but comfortable – unfortunately, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    The receptacle is narrow for pouring the grains and the time to grind them is quite long.

    0000 stars!!! I ordered on December 15th. I understand that there are difficulties with delivery during the Christmas period, but this is really extreme. The coffee grinder stays in the respective delivery centers in FR and DE for several days and then it is not delivered. And that is supposed to be...read more Coliissimo/Kronos? It was actually intended as a Christmas present, but I didn't think that the grinder would only arrive in 2025 (on Christmas). I'm in France for a short time myself, so I would have been better off buying locally. Unbelievable
