Good morning, Thank you for sharing your review of our Paris-rama mill. We're sorry if the grind seems too fine, but rest assured: it's entirely possible to adjust it to your preferences. This model is equipped with an adjustment button located on the hat, marked with an "S": - The more you tighten the knob, the finer the grind will be - The looser you make it, the coarser the grind will be. So don't hesitate to unscrew it slightly to obtain a grain more suited to your taste. Little tip: turn the knob before use, then test it on a few turns of the mill to adjust it as best as possible. Finally, this mill is designed to grind dry salt only (rock salt type, crystals ≤ 4 mm), but not wet sea salt, even dried.
